Meet our esteemed Director, Mr. Rajeev Kumar Garg, a key driving force behind our organization's journey. With a legacy that spans many years, his leadership has been crucial in guiding our company towards an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Formative Years
Mr. Rajeev's journey in the stone crushing industry began back in 1982 when his late father, Shree P C Garg, started Friendstone Crushing Company. They began with just one crusher on Ballabhgarh Sohna Road. This was the starting point for the company.
In 1990, Mr. Rajeev took over the reins of the company at the young age of 18, marking the beginning of his remarkable journey in the stone crushing industry.

Transformation and Growth
The year 1992 brought about significant changes. Due to a decision by the Honorable Supreme Court, stone crushing operations in Nangla had to stop. This meant moving everything to Pali Faridabad. It was also during this time that his father retired, passing on the leadership role to Mr. Rajeev.
Not one to back down from challenges, Mr. Rajeev initiated a period of substantial growth. New crushers were added in 1995 and 1998, signifying a prosperous phase. In 2000, Friendstone made a comeback, highlighting his dynamic leadership.

Expansive Horizons
In 2002, Mr. Rajeev began a new chapter by establishing Shri Ganpati Crushing in the Raisinha Crushing Zone, Gurgaon. He wasn't just about crushing stones; he had a vision that extended to giving back to society and protecting the environment.
To realize this vision, trading companies were founded - Garg & Co. in Haryana and Kumar Trading Co. in Uttar Pradesh. The year 2005 saw the birth of Shri Balaji in Pali, followed by Quality Stone at Saharanpur Hathnikund Barrage in 2009.

Diversified Ventures
In 2013, Vindhyachal Stone & Mines Limited joined our family, strategically located in Nangal, Bharatpur, Rajasthan. We have the best crusher Sandwick 300 TPH(tons per hour) with sand washing system
In 2015, Friends Grit Udyog was established in Narnaul, Haryana, adding another dimension to our operations, and Friendstone Crushing Mills was re-established in Kotputli, Rajasthan, marking another milestone in our journey.
In 2016, Mr. Rajeev, in pursuit of entering the organized sector, elevated his business to a whole new level, christened 'RISE ELEVEN,' in collaboration with two partners:
In 2017, Rise Eleven engaged in active participation in multiple tenders. Through tireless efforts and exceptional teamwork, the group achieved significant success in 2018 by securing two major tenders:
Today, we operate seven crushers across various regions.
In 2020, Mr. Rajeev took a significant step by establishing our first construction & demolition waste recycling plant, capable of processing 1000 tons of waste daily. This reflected our commitment to being environmentally responsible. Operating under the banner of Rise Eleven, along with accomplished partners, we secured prestigious tenders and earned the accolade "RISE ELEVEN IS ECO GREEN."

- Agra City tender
- South-west Delhi tender, awarded for a duration of 25 years.
